High school basketball prospects from all around the country are trying to figure out where they want to play at the college level, staying up long nights, eventually cutting their list of schools to just one final school.
4-star power forward Omar Payne has cut his list of schools to just seven total, with the Florida Gators making the cut.
He made the announcement on his twitter account.
His Final Schools:
Omar Payne stands at 6'9, weighing 215 pounds and according to scouts, his wingspan is 7-foot-5.
Florida is no stranger to Omar Payne, he traveled with the team during the travel season, at least one coach from Florida has been to every single one of his games.
The Florida Gators also watched all his games during the evaluation period of July.
Information gathered from an interview with Rivals:
“It’s a great program,” Omar Payne said about Florida. “I like the way they play. The atmosphere is nice. Their coaching staff is nice. They are good people. I talk to them a lot. We have a good relationship.”
